In a large pot, pour in rice and water and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk or evaporated milk and sugar. Stir together until sugar is dissolved. In a separate mug or bowl, mix Koko with boiled water
the same way you would make your Koko drink. Pour Koko Samoa in the pot and make sure it is fully mixed with the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, stir again and then remove from stove.
